Shipping Information

All beadwork purchases are non refundable. In stock inventory will ship between 2- 3 business days. Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you immediately after a shipping label is purchased. Please note that I sometimes print my labels the day before an order ships and the tracking information will not update until the post office receives it.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as you receive it so we can resolve the issue. Made to order items may take up to a week to complete.

I am happy to combine shipping for a dollar extra per item to save on postage.

Orders will only ship to the address provided. Please ensure that your address is correct & verify that it is entered properly. Errors have happened in the past & it’s always good to verify.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, All we can do is file a claim & there is no guarantee of resolution. For the most part USPS has a great track record thus far.

International shipping

I will cease Canadian Shipping during Postal strikes for both our protection.

I am not responsible for customs fees, nor do I offer partial refunds.

Please be advised that I will not be responsible for the loss of uninsured packages.

I keep meticulous postage records and receipts as they are scanned for delivery at USPS.

I have wonderful track record with international items but once it's out of my hands, any issues you may encounter with the item is between you & your local postal carrier.
SHIPPING CHARGES

  • “First Class Package Canada” offers general shipping with no insurance and a tracking number that may expire once it crosses the border. If you purchase this shipping method, I cannot do anything to intercept or locate a late, lost, or stolen package and I will not refund losses.

  • “Priority Mail International” offers advanced shipping with insurance and a tracking number that works internationally. This method is much more expensive but ensures the ability of both me and the customer to resolve shipping issues and potentially file claims for lost or stolen purchases.

  • International delivery times may vary, and tracking logs may be sparse.

  • Please use this website to track your package if you live outside the USA for the most reliable tracking. If there is an issue with your tracking information, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
